At SAM, we're committed to full GDPR compliance and protecting your fundamental right to privacy.

We provide this information through our Privacy Policy, this GDPR page, and clear consent mechanisms throughout our platform.

Right of Access

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes account information, usage data, and any other personal information we've collected.

How to request: Email us at privacy@sam-app.com with "Data Access Request" in the subject line.

Response time: Within 30 days of receiving your request.

Right to Rectification

If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected or completed without undue delay.

You can update most information directly in your account settings, or contact us for assistance with data correction.

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can request the deletion of your personal data when there's no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.

Account deletion: You can delete your account directly from your settings.

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Right to Data Portability

You can obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services. We'll provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Available formats: JSON, CSV, or XML. Request through your account settings or by contacting our privacy team.
